Pick-up

Airport

When you have specified the airport as your pick-up location, we will be waiting for you at the arrivals, near the entrance of the building. And because there will be a person waiting for you, it would be great if you have written down your flight number so that we can track your exact landing time.

The person waiting for you will be holding a sign with either your name or our company logo. He or she will take you to the parking lot, a few meters from the airport, where your car will be waiting for you.

Offices

You can choose to come to us. We have offices in the Green Bus Station and in Gouvia. You can reach our office at the Green Bus Station on foot from the airport.

Any other place

When you choose any other place, we assume you are staying at a hotel and want the car delivered to your location. In the booking form we have a Hotel field. In addition, in the Notes field you can write additional instructions.

Insurance and Deposit

Insurance

We do not offer insurance with zero excess. We offer optional insurance which reduces your participation part in case of damage.

Deposit

A deposit is required. The amount depends on the car group and whether you pay for insurance or not. For the first two groups (Mini and Economy), the amount is 600€ without the insurance (100€ with the insurance). For the rest of the groups, it's 900€ without the insurance (200€ with the insurance).

The deposit can be paid in cash or with a card. You get it back upon returning the car. Keep in mind that if you pay with a card, the bank will take about 20 working days to unblock your money.
